01How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 2–5 business days across Nepal. Kathmandu Valley orders typically arrive within 1–2 days.
02Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
03Are the bag images accurate?
We photograph all products in natural light to represent colors as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur depending on your screen.
04How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from the 'Track Order' page on our site.
05What payment methods do you accept?
We accept eSewa, Khalti, bank transfers, and cash on delivery for eligible orders.
06Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to help.
